The NRJ Music Awards host each year of French and international stars in a large festival, which is broadcast on TF1 since Cannes. Well-known artists have already confirmed their presence: Shakira, Mylène Farmer, Jenifer, Yannick Noah, Cristophe Maé, Enrique Iglesias.
During the evening, several awards will be presented, including the "French song of the year." The nominees in this category will perform their way on stage. Here is the list of six candidates:
- Gregory, with "Dance"
- Joyce Jonathan, with "no need of you"
- Shym's with "I know"
- Stromae with "So you can dance"
- Zaz with "I want"
